Our only store is located at:

What payment methods do you accept?

We want your purchase to be as easy as possible for you,
That is why we have different payment options.

How long do I have to pay by transfer or deposit?

• Payments with transfer: 24 hours from when you make your purchase.

What is the coverage of your shipments?

We ship to the entire Mexican Republic, the United States & Canada.

Business days are Monday to Thursday.

• Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your area and the parcel company, you can track the route of your package by consulting the guide that we will send to your email.
• Once the package is collected, the merchandise is the responsibility of the parcel provider. If you have questions about the location or delivery of your package, you should contact them.
• In the event that any of the accessories arrive in poor condition, you have 24 hours to carry out a return process following the steps indicated in our Refund Policy .
• In international shipments, ROSSA MAGENTA is not responsible for customs fees and taxes applied to the product by the country receiving the shipment. The customer is responsible for paying any fees and taxes applied at the time of receiving their order.

Do you make changes and/or returns?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only.

We do not offer cash refunds or money back. There is no exception.

• Outbound shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable .
  
  We will exchange your item or issue a credit once the item is back in store.
  
  ALL returned items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging.

What materials are your pieces made of?

We have a wide variety of pieces, within which you can find materials such as: .925 silver, 14, 18 and 24 karat gold plate, 10 and 14 k gold, different types of stones, zirconias, pearls, among others. .

How to care for your pieces?

The lifespan of gold-plated pieces varies greatly depending on the care given to them, as well as the pH of each person.

• Avoid contact with products that contain alcohol and chemicals such as antibacterials, perfumes, creams, makeup, hair spray, carbonate, lemon, toothpaste, etc. Since they can stain the jewelry or oxidize it.
• Do not wet them.
• Do not exercise with them.
• People with very strong pH can stain/make the pieces dark.
• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove excess pH.
• Store the pieces separately from the jewelry, in a dry and dark place.

What do I do if one of my pieces arrives damaged?

You must submit a return request within a period of no more than 24 hours after receiving your package. We recommend you review our Refund Policy.
